Elizabeth Herron focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing corporate clients in a wide variety of matters, including toxic torts, business disputes, and serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Prior to joining the Firm, Elizabeth practiced insurance and financial services litigation at a national law firm, where she represented life, health, and disability insurers in state and federal courts nationwide. That experience informs her current practice, where she approaches commercial disputes with an appreciation for both the legal risks involved and the broader business considerations that shape litigation strategy.
Elizabeth earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, Secretary of the Student Health Lawyers Association, and a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a specialization in Investment Management, from the University of Alabama.
